Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location, as we work with international fulfillment partners to bring you the best pricing on Glowi products.

International Shipping
Glowi ships worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the delivery carrier or local government.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Glowi is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we can only make changes before the order ships.
